Welcome to Beannie Studios. By booking a photography session, entering a giveaway, submitting a contact form, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings
A session is not confirmed until it has been accepted by Beannie Studios. Certain sessions may require a signed contract and/or a non-refundable retainer to secure the requested date and time.
2. Payments
Payment is due as outlined in your booking agreement or invoice. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery of images or cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients who need to reschedule should notify Beannie Studios as soon as possible.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
If Beannie Studios must reschedule due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to provide a new session date.
4. Giveaway Terms
Giveaways are promotional events with no purchase necessary unless otherwise stated.
Submitting an entry does not guarantee selection.
Winners are selected at Beannie Studios’ sole discretion based on the rules outlined in each giveaway.
Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
5. Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery.

Clients may request that their images remain private before their session.

Beannie Studios is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, equipment failure, acts of nature, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography services.
